Any order automatically implies acceptance of our terms and conditions by the customer.<\/p>\n

Article 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quotations shall remain valid for one month (after date of creation)<\/p>\n

Article 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The contractual declaration can be revoked in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) within 14 calendar days without stating any reason.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, email).<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation within due time. The written revocation hast to: Die Designagentur \u2013 Leifgen, Bahnhofstra\u00dfe 16, B – 4780 St.Vith | Email: info@designagentur.be<\/p>\n

In the event of revocation, Customer undertakes to pay a lump-sum allowance of 30% of the order amount of services, of 50% in the case of goods and of 100% in the case of personalised goods.<\/p>\n

Article 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n

When placing an order, unless otherwise agreed, 30% for services and 50% for goods of the order sum are due.<\/p>\n

Article 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt and without deduction.<\/p>\n

In the event of non-payment of an invoice within \u00a0due date, this invoice shall bear interest, without the need for a reminder, by a surcharge of 10% – with a minimum amount of EUR 50 – as well as default interest up to 10% of the invoiced amount.<\/p>\n

Article 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Complaints of any kind must be made within 8 days of receipt of the invoice and exclusively in writing to Die Designagentur \u2013 Leifgen, Bahnhofstra\u00dfe 16, B – 4780 St.Vith | Email: info@designagentur.be.<\/p>\n

Article 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The present general conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Eupen\/Belgium.<\/p>\n

Article 8:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The German version is defined as the original version of the GTC.\u00a0 The FR\/NL\/EN versions are translations. In case of doubt or incorrect wording of the translation, the original German version shall prevail.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row margin_bottom=”0″][vc_column]
